Tux Deluxe

Intro:
The Tux jacket is the most versatile one out there. Allways in and never out, it's a classic! It can be worn during the day time to smarten up your t's or add a bit of retro sheek to a casual outfit , OR perhaps to work for a comfy coat alternative OR during the night to look feisty, sheek and effortlessly glamourous.

How to rock it:
Take a leaf out of Kelly's book and wear your tux loud and proud. Go for Colours that either complement your outift pallete or completley clash for a pop art feel. Yellow's scream vintage, Red's scream confident and pink screams girly glam.

If your more of a night time girl, look at Beyonce for inspiration. Take an uber glam sequined dress and match it with an equally shiny and heavily sequined tux on top. Make sure to match a shade already used in your outfit in order to stop it looking like someone threw up rainbow fairies onto your nice outfit.
Or, For a sleeker, classic and more proffesional feel, copy Rachel. She teams the classic colours of white and black for a contrasting and edgy but timeless outfit. This look could be carried effortlessly from day through night with a switch of shoes and jewellry. Here she has put the black tux ( can never go wrong with a black tux) with a sexy black corset to add an edge to the outfit. This is a great way to bring the outfit from work - try pairing it with a sheer black blouse or strappy top - to night.

GET THE LOOK : kristen stewart

How to get the look:

 1) Team day&night time dresses with flats instead of heels. Try dolly shoes for night and sandals during the day.

2) Wear dark nail varnish that contrasts with your skin. Try a blood red or black.

3) Nip any dresses in at the waist to define your shilouette. Try a studded black one to give your outfit a bit of an edge or one in a bright colour (although kristen doesn't do colour)

4) When it comes to picking a kristen dress, stick to these simple rules:
  1.  Nudes or blacks (or both..)
  2. Opt for ones with minute detail such as beading or sparkle.
  3. Go for structured/tailored/timeless pieces that show off a slim shilouette. Either strapless or strappy, no sleeves.

GET THE LOOK: Fergie

This is a great style if you want to accentuate your cheekbones, recomeneded only if you do not have a f.o.d like me. (forehead of doom) .

To get this look- add hair extensions here if you want extra length- tip your head dupside down and hold above head , pull it tightly so that it is pulled very slickly away from the face. Make sure it is positioned around the crown of your head. To do the hair over bobble bit, either take a section from the pony tail, wrap it roudn the bobble and secure it underneath with a bobby. or do the same thing but leave a piece of hair out and put the rest into the bobble.

GET THE LOOK: Kate Beckansale

This look is flirty, stylish and modern.
To get this look, take a wide section of hair (could be your fringe/bangs) and backcomb it to add volume, whilst holding this in place slick both the sides back tightly and pull to the back of the ehad, allowing some slack for the "quiff" part at the front. To create the texture in the back yu could allow the hair to dry naturally or use a medium sized curling barrel and curl the ends to add that flirty flick xx
